The breakfast is excellent. Heba in the reception is exceptional, helpful and accomodative. Room cleaners are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is exceptional and waitress are excellent.

In terms of value for money it was really great, you get pretty much everything you need and no unpleasant surprises. The beds were super comfortable and I had the best sleep after a very long flight. The hotel has an old school charm (if you are a Harry Potter fan it might remind you of the Leaky Cauldron :) ). The staff was wonderful and very friendly, we really felt taken care of. They also kept our extra luggage free of cost, while we went out of Cairo for a few days. Food was good too, from the three different places I stayed at in Egypt , Victoria had the nicest breakfast even if with limited options. I had a very comfortable stay with my parents and I would definitely consider it if I visit Cairo again. (P.S:Although I had read many reviews about hotels only accepting dollars in Cairo, that wasn't the case here. I stayed at Victoria twice, paid once in Egyptian pounds and once by card which was quite convenient).

Felt like stepping back into a hotel from the 1900s with soaring ceilings, huge rooms and an incredibly welcoming staff. Our room was spotless and we could not have asked for better service. To stand out were our front desk clerk, Ahmed Aymen, who walked me to an ATM when we arrived late at night and the head waiter at our morning breakfast on the terrorist. I did not catch his name, but a tall man with impeccable manners and made you feel like you were dining at a multi star Michelin restaurant. Although the location is not the absolute best, the ability to take an Uber anywhere for two dollars makes this an outstanding choice for Cairo.

A lovely classic hotel in Cairo. Heavy old furniture and wooden floors take you back in time. Slightly rough around the edges but to be expected. It is surrounded by dozens of equipment sales shops and it’s about a 5 minute walk to the bazillions of restaurants and shops of downtown. 5 minutes to the Ataba Metro stop. Cairo has a super safe downtown, really crowded but totally safe to wander 24/7.

The staff are wonderful and would like to particularly appreciate the front desk staff for their warm reception. The green eyed Ahmed with glasses and Heba the pretty young lady were of immense help. The breakfast was excellent and would also like to thank the team managing food and beverages for their exceptional service. I checked out in the early morning hours but the front desk jointly arranged a take out pack. I like the location. Just a walking distance to a big bus station Ramses - I guess that's the name and also about 20 minutes to Tahrir square.

Architectural heritage packed with excellent staff. I liked the exceptional hospitality by Ahmed Yousry and Hany. Rahma and Ahmed Emam are very professional and passionate. They don’t spare any effort to elevate your experience to the max. Many thanks to the entire Victoria Cairo Hotel stay for making my stay a memorable one.

Everyone was good the reception beeakfast very normal as most budget hotels But peaple were very nice the bell guy the cleaning staff all was good Bed and mattress pillow all are good

We liked our stay in Victoria Cairo hotel. The staff is very helpful and they found for us the driver when we needed to go to one place. The hotel is very well located, in the center and near to several places (Egyptian museum, ...). We took the dinner in the hotel (tasty dinner). The breakfast is on the terrace. The hotel is an old one (I read that it was renovated) and typical.

The stay in this hotel was perfect, whether in terms of the furniture or the room which is very spacious and very clean, the adorable staff such as Heba, Ahmed, Mohamed and all the rest who were able to listen, always available for any requests and those at anytime.
